MyView – for employees and members only

MyView is our online secure facility which enables you to view your information held in the HR & Payroll system information, employment information, payslips and members payments. All of this information is held securely and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Employees can use MyView to view:

  • Current payslip, P60 and P11D information
  • Historical payslips, P60 and P11D information (last four years)
  • Payslip messages
  • Personal details e.g. name, title
  • Bank details
  • Current employment details e.g. salary, hours of work
  • Employment history
  • Submit mileage and expenses claims
  • Complete appraisals
  • View training completed

Members can use MyView to view their:

  • Payslip information, personal details and role information

Managers can use MyView to view their:

  • Team structures
  • Team member contract information 
  • Team member sickness  records and triggers met
  • Team training 

Managers can also use MyView to complete team member appraisals and to authorise and submit team member mileage and expense claims.
