Where the area of the gross floor space to be created is as follows:

  • Up to 999 square metres - £250
  • 1,000 to 1,999 square metres - £600
  • Exceeding 1,999 square metres - £1,000

Where the gross floor space to be created by the proposed development is not known, and the proposed site area:

  • Does not exceed 0.49ha - £250
  • Is between 0.5 and 0.9ha - £600
  • Exceeds 0.99ha - £1,000
The material change in the use of a building or land

Where the proposal relates to the change of use of a building and the gross floor space is as follows:

  • Up to 999 square metres - £250
  • 1,000 to 1,999 square metres - £600
  • Exceeding 1,999 square metres - £1,000

Where the proposal relates to the change of use of land, and the proposed site area:

  • Does not exceed 0.49ha - £250
